Different Consensual Defenses are:
i.Expressed consent- Consent that is clearly and unmistakably stated
ii.Implied consent- Consent inferred from one’s conduct rather than from one’s direct iii.  Expression  (as in emergency situation)
iv.Inferred consent- Consent made with full knowledge of the risk’s involved and the      alternatives (Canterbury v. Spence) Doctor’s duty to disclose.  See negligence
v.Substituted Judgment- guardian is allowed to make judgment for minor
